BMMA Youth Martial Arts & Movement Program

Martial Arts ♦ Movement Arts ♦ Leadership ♦ Community

More Than A Class

Move Better.

Grow Stronger.

Lead Forward.

A small, intentional, founder-led youth program helping young people build skill, character, confidence, focus, coordination, leadership, and community through martial arts and movement arts.

Meet Your Instructor

Daniel β€œBRAVEMONK” Haywood

Movement Artist β€’ Martial Arts Instructor β€’ Educator

For more than 28 years, Daniel has dedicated his life to movement, teaching, mentorship, and personal development.

Combining martial arts, movement arts, Hip-Hop culture, fitness, and youth development, his approach helps students build confidence, discipline, awareness, character, and self-expression in a supportive community environment.

At BMMA Youth, every student is encouraged to progress at their own pace while developing skills that extend beyond the training floor and into everyday life.

Where Martial Arts & Movement Arts Unite

Movement As A

Way Of Life

The BMMA Youth Program is shaped by a lifelong journey through martial arts, movement arts, Hip-Hop culture, education, and community.

Students may explore elements inspired by martial arts traditions, movement training, rhythm, coordination, creativity, leadership, and self-expression.

While every class is age-appropriate and beginner-friendly, the deeper goal remains the same: helping young people become more confident, aware, capable, and connected through movement.

At BMMA, movement is more than exercise. It is a tool for learning, growth, discipline, creativity, and community.
